Type 1001 is a global-style rotary ball valve. It combines the ball valve’s rigid construction and the high-efficiency of rotary valve. The design features characterized V-notch, one-piece structure, splined driveshaft and clamped actuator lever, heavy-duty metal seal and interchangeable trims. 1001 rotary ball valve has a simple mounting and easy maintenance. They are suitable for wide range of pressure drops and temperature ranges. The process mediums include water, gas, liquid, stream and viscous fluids, and the applications cover different areas such as petrol-gas, chemical, power generation and steel industries.

Compact Structural

One piece valve body improves the structural integrity. It eliminates the leakage occurred between the bolt connected valve body parts for two-pieces or bolted valve design.


Valve trims interchangeable

Different types of valve trims with standard design are easy and fast interchangeable. It reduce the part inventory need for customer and maintenance cost.


Easy seal replacement

When replacing the seal assembly, remove two screws and the seal assembly is extracted from the body easily. Theres no need to disassemble the actuator, and the ball can stay in the valve body.


Characterized V-notch ball design

The accurate construction design creates the modified equal-percentage flow characteristics. The V-notch ball is specially contoured for the maximum capacity and longer seal life and better shutoff ability. The straight through flow path offer the accurate control in different flow conditions.

Excellent metal seal

The rigid metal seal is pressure-balanced and proceed for heavy-duty use, reduces operating torques and allows higher pressure drops without exceptional wear in different steam, gas, liquid and slurry applications.

Excellent sealing

The packing system use material of PTFE, graphite or duplex packing, with live-loading design, offer reliable and excellent stem sealing, reduce the cost of packing replacement.

The splined driveshaft is coupled with clamped actuator lever, eliminate the zero lost motion and minimize the dead band for more reliable use.


Micro notch for low flow application

A specified micro notch is designed for size 1ball valve to offer accurate control for low flow applications.


Sour gas service capability

The valves corrosive design follows NACE standard, construction and trim parts material comply with standard MR-0175, and are available for sour fluids and gasses applications.
